„The autonomous future of road transport. AV-POLAND 2025”

FEEL THE FUTURE, FEEL THE AUTOMATION.

Motor Transport Institute Invites you
to the 4th AV-POLAND Conference

Date and location of the event

12th June 2025

About the conference

Motor Transport Institute in cooperation with the Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Competence Centre is delighted to invite you to the 4th edition of the AV-POLAND conference.

The event, which addresses a broad spectrum of transportation automation challenges, is aimed at entrepreneurs, business representatives, local authorities and research centres, dealing with, among other, the preparation of technological solutions for autonomous vehicles, their implementation and raising public awareness of the safe and efficient use of CAD.

The conference will be held stationary on 12th June 2025 in Warsaw, at the headquarters of the Motor Transport Institute. In addition to the traditional meeting with speakers, participants will have access to a dedicated exhibition space, where the latest technologies in road transport automation will be presented.

The International conference AV-POLAND will be organized in two languages (Polish, English), so it has a chance to reach a wide range of stakeholders again, including the international expert community.

Scientific event

The implementation of automation in road traffic raises controversy in terms of both ethics, the impact on the country's socio-economic environment and safety at various levels in the broadest sense. These issues are analysed in the research programmes of the European Commission by leading scientific units from all over Europe. The AV-POLAND 2025 conference will present the assumptions and results of these projects, which will influence the future directions of technological and legal development in the field of road transportation.

An essential highlight of the programme will be a session dedicated to the DARTS-PL project, which aims to develop an original database of test scenarios for autonomous vehicles (AVs), considering road conditions specific to Poland. The database will form the basis for the design, development, testing and evaluation of L3-L5 vehicle perception systems according to SAE J3016.

The AV-POLAND 2025 conference is an opportunity to get insight into the advanced technical facilities of the Competence Centre, which enables the implementation of driver, vehicle and infrastructure testing (including the Driving Simulator Laboratory), and with equipment of other Laboratories implementing and testing innovative solutions.

Business event

The AV-POLAND 2025 conference is one of the most important events of the automotive industry, dedicated exclusively to the latest technologies in vehicle automation. The conference will discuss the steps necessary for effective and safe testing and implementation of autonomous and connected vehicles in Poland.

The prepared networking space will promote valuable contacts with representatives of the country's largest development laboratories, as well as the presentation of the most important initiatives of Polish technology companies.
